At Local Eclectic, we want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain items like earrings and final sale pieces are ineligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
